James S. Rickards Middle School serves the Oakland Park Community and is in it's 40thyear! A three-time recipient of the Golden School Award and 3rd consecutive year receiving the Five Star School Award, Rickards received a grade of "B" from the State of Florida for the 2006-2007 school year.
"The mission of Rickards Middle School is to provide a directed learning environment that is challenging and relevant to students of all abilities."
